How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
A friend in Vancouver was attending the workshop in November 2018. Suggested I look into it.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am not experienced with the 'Art of Hosting', but I am an experienced facilitator, host and engagement designer.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
In my work, I am a community and social planner, who specializes in including vulnerable community members in the engagement and planning process. My focus is engagement and listening in order to design municipal plans, non profit strategy and building design for vulnerable populations. I am story teller, and volunteer for several non profits to create engagement processes that make space for peoples stories.
