How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

I have accomplished the Training Beginning of October 2019 in Switzerland. I heard about AoH 2,5 years before from Katja Breitenmoser. I did an initiation in autumn 2018 to strengthen my own mission. With AoH's ressources I am able to share with others.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

It was a huge positive change. I was working on my habits, attitudes, thoughts and feelings before. This training sharpend my conciousness about different aspects of being whole, present and competent about leading the way for me and other within communities.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

facilitation in teams, larger groups and one-on-one beside being a father to my son and the two children of my life partner, Karin. In business I focus on hosting development work on real estate site, villages and regions in more rural regions.

Where do you live/work?

I live in the eastern of Switzerland in Lichtensteig in the beautiful Lichtensteig - the progressive alternative in rural Switzerland.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?

I focus on development. Development of humans within their projects and visions to create new solutions in rural areas that work. I founded the integral "Spielfeld-Logic" which allows divers stakeholders to make relationships and purposes visible and discussable.
