How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

Thru friends that went to a training in Oslo and saw that this was a community and practice I belonged to already, just not knowing it yet.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I am a practitioner, in some fields experienced, others steward in learning, jet others a beginner. Thats how I like it and I am excited about all there is to learn and practice, and all the friends I have not met yet. I have 20 years of experience of participatory leadership in my work as cultural societal entrepreneur, CEO, change agent, educator and consultant. For 10 years I have a four (or five) fold practice in my life. I live in a neighborhood/community of practitioners of conscious life and living.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Building capacity to build capacity in all parts of society with a focus on Sweden. Calling AoH-trainings and hosting "Sweden 3.0"

Participatory leadership and conscious business, as consultant, thru R&D, educator, caller of conferences and seminar series.

My fields are also:
- `Human sustainable growth´- sustainable change and development comes from inside.
- Crossboundary meetings, learnings and co-creation between arts, business and society.
- Systemic change and development of the school and higher education system.

Where do you live/work?

Scandinavia

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?

Working with artists (in change management, communication, workshops) to gain embodied consciousness about how collective co-creation, trust, being in the unknown (learning) etc works.
I work a lot with contemporary circus artist, that are experts on risks and opportunities.
