I'm attracted by a new way of relationship
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have experience in Facilitation and Process Work (Arnold Mindell) through my involvement in an ecovillage project in Spain. Afterwards I did a couse on conflict management by the IIFAC (International Institute for facilitation and Change) where I first heard about techniques like Theory U, World Cafe, etc.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Change and Project Management
