How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

Pembroke Ontario AOH training April 2009. My friend Jean's enthusiasm and my previous experience, training and love of participative leadership processes.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I am an experienced practitioner, but little of my work has been called "AOH". 25 years ago, I joyously committed to engaging people in collaborative, respectful , open-hearted group processes for change. Over time, I added in systems thinking, whole scale change methods, an MSOD, energy work and then AOH.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Participative leadershipm, community-building, sustainability and consciousness expansion.
