How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Through my work at EFLI where I was a facilitator. I participated in Art of Hosting trainings, as well as integrating the practices into our facilitated programming.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I'm a starting practitioner who would love to learn more about the Art of Hosting's tools while deepening my own facilitation practice.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Building community and exploring an authentic collective by connecting with individuals (both with self and other) in a more authentic or open and vulnerable way.
Where do you live/work?
Paris
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I'm curious about authentic leadership and the role of an authentic collective in creating change both within organizations and communities, as well as on an individual level and collective level. I've lived in France for a year and a half and am trying to expand my community as I learn more about the opportunities for community building, facilitation, and personal growth here!
Hello, Farley, and welcome to the Art of Hosting community! Glad to see you here. Post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. We hope you will find value in exchanging in this virtual community!
