How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
My first Art of Hosting training took place in Innsbruck in April 2014. I was attracted by the need to understand Storytelling well as I was responsible for an international Knowledge Sharing Workshop back then.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Meanwhile I am an experienced practitioner. I hosted various international workplace learning sessions and participatory workshops at SOS Children's Villages, an INGO that cares for the rights of children who have lost parental care or are at risk of losing it. Besides that I had the chance to co-host an event for mayors in the refugee crises in 2015. The title of the event was "Ways out of the crisis regarding homes for asylum seekers in Austria". I attended an "The art of harvesting" training in Vienna in 2015.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I love many kinds of outdoor sports and nature is my main resource of recreation. I love yoga and the way of living connected to it.
Overall: justice and equal chances independent of power, background, race, gender etc are topics of high interest to me - or rather: How can we create equal chances for particiaption?
