I support, coach, design and host participatory events for beginners or experiences clients. I am an experienced process designer, skillful and subtle host, coach, community builder and pioneer of collaborative practices. For over two decades, I have been supporting teams and individuals at the highest levels of business, politics, non-profit organisations and civil society.
My clients come to me when they need to go deeper and further in their work than they are able to go alone. They are often leaders seeking a shift or transformation - at an individual, team or organisational level.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Seeing the big picture, and the potential for evolution. Training others to share their practice and to apply it in every field of live, personal or work related. I specialise on creating a "community muscle", train the thinking as and for the collective. True sensing and sourcing deeper. I am a natural connector.
Where do you live/work?
Bregenz, Vorarlberg, Austria

Connecting fearlessly communities with diverse backgrounds. Creating trust and a safe space. Collective story harvest instead of penal discussion. Making any training participatory also in the academic world. My passion are Salons, salon talks, salon events, salon research. I am hosting my own salons and those of other people.

    Hi Ursula!

Hello Ursula, glad to meet! Yes, some friends in common too, wonderful the way it finds its feet, grows into its own face. Perhaps we could speak more about dreams and collective dreaming... this too could be.
