  times?  \n\n\n\nIn a 3 day action learning intensive, we will explor
 e methodologies, frameworks, practices and patterns for facilitating a
 nd hosting learning communities and organizations. We will inquire int
 o what is essential when learners gather together around a shared purp
 ose to address the complex challenges of our times.\n\nThere are a myr
 iad of complex challenges and opportunities facing humanity today. Fro
 m the global decline of our natural resources to the growing gap be
 tween the rich and the poor, and from systemic barriers in our educa
 tion, healthcare and financial systems to mass incarceration and the
  school to prison pipeline. There is an ever increasing need for lear
 ning communities and human to human connection, people working toge
 ther to address these challenges and move towards a future that serves
