DESCRIPTION:Cultivating Creativity, Wisdom, and Action.  IONS NextGen 
 and the Art of Hosting presents: a unique weekend experience combining
  training, practice, collaboration and development.  Why are we doing 
 this? We’re excited to bring together an engaged community of next g
 eneration leaders to: 1) Develop a set of shared skills in convening a
 nd hosting, as well as a shared language and experience. 2) Grow your 
 ideas and projects, and create connections across boundaries. 3) Build
  the foundations of a community of practice that can grow together and
  shape the future.  Who’s it for? It’s a container for the next ge
 neration of innovators, change agents, and conscious leaders to protot
 ype new forms of collective engagement and create synergy and learning
  across multiple domains. We are supporting you take your game to the 
 next level.  We invite your full participation in building capacity an
 d deepening relationships. Each of us is moving powerfully to shape th
 e future, and we need both tools and supportive community to fuel that
  process and continue to grow our individual and collective impact.   
 Location & Registration  The land at EarthRise is an amazing container
  for this work, and we are very excited to be connected to it and the 
 larger IONS community. We will begin on Friday at 10am, and will concl
 ude on Sunday after dinner at 8pm. If you are not able to stay on the
