 graceful, potent eldership, the power of apprenticeship and the joy of
  intergenerational co-creation and bring those benefits to bear on the
  challenges we face now? \nOur guests are Juanita Brown, the co-found
 er of the World Café, an innovative, face-to-face and virtual approac
 h to large group dialogue and engagement now being used by leaders on 
 six continents to foster constructive engagement on critical organizat
 ional and societal issues, and Toke Møller, co-founder of the Art of 
 Hosting network, who has been pioneering in the fields of sustainable
  entrepreneurship, participatory leadership, educational renewal, and
