DESCRIPTION:Before there were rows of people there were circles of peo
 ple who sat around a fire and spoke so that every voice contributed to
  decisions and actions.\nBefore there was data and huge quantities of 
 information, people learned what they needed through story and listene
 d for the common thread that could unite them.\nWhen groups of people 
 in the modern world sit down together in a circle and share stories re
 levant to why they are together, they discover the strength in their p
 ast to map a sustainable future.\nThis training offers people skills t
 o host meetings and conversations with authenticity and meaning. \n 
 \nCome learn —\n\nHow to host a circle and create a space for people
  to speak truthfully, to heal old wounds, and to take personal respons
 ibility.\nHow to speak to the centre space, listen with agreements tha
 t keep everyone safe, and discover how diversity can lead to unity.\nH
 ow to ask questions that invite the contribution of stories, and to us
 e stories to set direction and work together.\nHow collective wisdom c
 an be built from sharing what is meaningful to us through stories.\n\n
 Circle is a common lineage found in some form in most societies.  Fo
 r 20 years, Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea have adapted circle to be
  used in organizations and communities. They have created an infrastru
 cture for circle that has been used across North America, Europe, Afri
 ca, and Australia. Within the circle they integrate the power storie
 s to create identity and belonging. And they are delighted to join wi
 th Slovenian leaders Marjeta Novak and Natalija Vrhunc to create this

 Spirit Circle Process and co-authors of The Circle Way, a Leader in 
 Every Chair. Christina and Ann train a broad spectrum of leaders, fa
 cilitators, and educators to host dynamic conversations that lead to i
