DESCRIPTION:Together with Albrecht Mahr, one of the first pioneers of 
 political constellations, I have the honour to invite you for one or t
 wo days of intense constellation work to inquire into our big social s
 ystems, often starting with our very personal questions.\nAs we found 
 that government has truly become an issue for any citizen on Earth we 
 ask the question:  How do we want to live together on Earth?  More inf

 just a few examples:  Global warming, natural resources shortage and n
 uclear issues, the revolutions in Egypt, Tunis, Lybia and allover the 
 Arab world, that there is still no federal government in Belgium - wil
 l Belgium split up?, whether Turkey should ever join the EU, how one m
 ight pursue a career in a 'political' context, or what makes us want t
 o move to another country, what is behind a disease or what makes us s
 plit with all of our partners...\n The challenging issues in which we 
 deal with many interested and conflicting parties and stakeholders are
  highly complex. Working personally and professionally in this field i
 s demanding and requires our personal commitment.  We often feel that
  our cognition and mental models are not enough to inform us when taki
 ng important decisions.  We invite you to explore these challenges tog
 ether in a different, creative and serious but playful way. You are we
 lcome to practice constellation work in Brussels, this special place w
 here global, European, Belgian and very local and personal issues meet
 .  Developed from systems theory, systemic constellation work is a pow
 erful approach, which effectively deals with multi-level complexity. I
 t identifies and releases the deep patterns embedded in a conflict or 
 a complex problem. Creative and unimaginable solutions may surface. Th
 ey are tested. Lessons are drawn from the application to the real life
  situation whilst in a safe and confidential learning environment. (Mo
