How can we be bravely authentic in a changing world to create more than what might seem possible?

Within our communities we have great leaders, visionaries, game-changers who are able to look outside the box and find unique and inventive ways of approaching issues and supporting others. In today’s changing environment, what could be possible if we all stood strong in our authenticity, being brave enough to follow our intuition and bring dreams to reality?

We warmly invite you to join us for a 3-day training event in the heart of Ballina – where people are making their voices heard in a changing and diverse environment. Together we will discover how we can create and host spaces for collaborative conversations that generate wise action – in our businesses, organisations, communities and families.

What will we explore, learn & practice?

Art of Participatory Leadership is a highly effective way of harnessing the collective wisdom and self-organising capacity of groups of any size. Art of Participatory Leadership blends a suite of powerful conversational processes to invite people to take charge of the challenges facing them. Groups and organisations using Art of Participatory Leadership as a working practice report better decision-making, more efficient and effective capacity building, and greater ability to quickly respond to opportunity, challenge and change.

This training is experiential – you will have opportunities to practise hosting various participatory processes and methodologies, through the lens of the invitation question.

Who is it for?

• Anyone and everyone who wants to explore the power of collective creativity, intelligence and collaboration with each other and within
their communities
• Business leaders, social entrepreneurs, community and not for profit leaders, community organisers and their teams
• Next generation leaders and other young activists
• Department leaders, policy officers

Participation fees – a sliding scale

An important learning we have been working with is how to appreciate and honour the diversity of economic factors that would encourage people to join us in participatory leadership work.

We invite you to be in this learning with us as we look to; cover all costs, contribute to the economy of the international community and pay a reasonable fee to the hosts of the training.

We offer a sliding scale of $895 – $1095 AUS that will include participation in the training, food and resources and encourage you to consider how you can be part of this amazing experience!

You get to decide what you consider to be a fair price, or within your training budget, and then we request that you offer a little more which could support others to attend.

If this is still beyond your capacity, talk to us! Send an email to Michaela or Lynn and let’s have a discussion!

Help us walk our talk to assist as many willing people as possible to attend!

Cancellations: If after making payment, you find you cannot attend, for any reason, please contact the organiser to discuss options.
