SUMMARY:Art of Designing conversations that matter
DESCRIPTION:The art of designing participatory events does not always 
 find space in the AoH entry level trainings. Therefore we will open ou
 r design day as a learning day for all those, who have already partici
 pated in an entry level training, and who are interested to learn more
 , perhaps to be part of a hosting team one day. This is a unique oppor
 tunity to observe and be part of a co-creation process, without sharin
 g the full responsibility of being member of a hosting team for a full
  process. Those who wish can also add the training, just one of the da
 ys or all of them, to witness how the designed process unfolds, and to
  practice hosting supported by coaching. It does take repetition for t
 he content and the new world views to sink in, and this best in a safe
  space. The training will be mainly in German, but translation into En
 glish is possible if needed.\nThe training alls into the period of the
  Bregenz Festival, and we will include the possibility to attend the M
 agic Flute  on the lake on 23. July. There will be plenty of opportun
 ity to enjoy the nature and landscape, with moonlight swimming, walks,
  canoeing, and long conversations on our cosy terrace.\n \nDie Kunst 
 des Prozessdesigns, “Art of Designing”, wenn einmal ein gemeinsame
 r Zweck klar ist, will gut gelernt und geübt sein. In den Einstiegstr
 ainings bleibt oft wenig Zeit, dafür in die Tiefe zu gehen. Am 23. Ju
 li öffnen wir unseren Designtag für das anschliessende Art of Hostin
 g Training, sodass schon eingeführte Hosts Prozessdesign hautnah erle
 ben können, ohne die volle Verantwortung zu teilen, die die Mitglieds
 chaft in einem Hosting Team mit sich bringt. Es ist möglich, nur am D
 esigntag teilzunehmen, oder dazu einzelne oder alle Tage des Trainings
  zu besuchen.\nDie Gastgeber: Peter Brattinga, Martin Büchele, Marcus
