How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

I started following AoH through the artofhosting.org posts after I participated in a deep democracy workshop in Amsterdam (June 2010) and got in contact with the HUB Amsterdam and HUB Berlin, I then already was a learning member of the presencing institute, Alia-Institute and others. I studied non-violent communication, process-work (Mindell), will be a certified mediator in December 2010 and a facilitator by means of theatric pedagogy by January 2011.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I am a starting AoH practitioner, still learning new approaches, new stepping stones etc. As a former medical doctor and now performing artist I try to live (permanent) change. In 2001 I co-founded an artistic centre directly on the Baltic Sea. (View on Denmark) which could be a wonderful place for all kind of (AoH) meetings. From 1987-1998 I conducted over 300 seminars in conscious music listening in 12 countries, so I learned to speak 6 languages which quality I would love to bring into this work.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

creativity-research, dialogues that matter, process-work (Mindell), mediation and conflict transformation by theatric means.Community building. Would love to get more involved in peace work around the world.
