I, Grown

Searching still for fullness
Expression of all my power
in Stillness, holding space
for What’s possible

While being fully IN what IS
Denying future pondering
To be ALL, HERE, NOW
Fears acknowledged but forging forward

I, Groan…..I, Groan……I, Grown….
For while I may not know what all to do next,
I damn sure know Who I AM.

(Inspired by a teaching on the "Groan Zone" and shared during the Art of Hosting gathering May 23-25, 2011 at Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL)
