Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I have the impression that I know about Art of Hosting for a long time, I don´t remember the exact time when I learned about it. It was probably during my time in AIESEC in 2006 (at least that´s when I first learned about the methods). I came across it again in Rotterdam, during my education as a Kaospilot in 2008. I am attracted to it because it offers a field that can help to connect people.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
During all my life I aspired to get people around me (family, friends) to engage in conversations that matter. Sometimes I succeeded and sometimes not and I kept wondering what it takes to connect to people on a level of deep meaning. I just participated in my first official Art of Hosting training and am very happy to have found other people who seem to be on the same quest. I´d call myself a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I am still looking for it to become more concrete, but it evolves around gaining awareness of our connectedness as a species on this planet.
Where do you live/work?
Aarhus, Denmark
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I am interested in life-coaching, travelling and music.
