AoH Germany

There have been three AoH trainings in Germany so far; in Allgäu (Fall '08), at the Hub Berlin (Summer '09), and again in Berlin (Fall '11). Some AoH material in German can be found here.See More

Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
on May 24th 2011 I participated at an Online Theory U Open Space. Several other participants said that they found their way to Theory U through "the art of hosting". I am looking for techniques to support and facilitate systemic change and to connect on a deeper level. Art of hosting looks promising :)
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I experienced "deeper connection" quite often in my working life and my private life, but I never knew how to reproduce it. Sometimes, I think, I must have applied Art of Hosting techniques unconsciously. I think my competence is somewhere between new and starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
work collaboration, creating workplaces where people thrive and leading from the bottom
Where do you live/work?
Hamburg, Germany
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
nature and dance
