Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about AoH partly due to my personal interest, as like to talk and discuss and improve things. Then partly through my daily work as we use these formats a lot in our team. And third through my training and work as a coach-consultant.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
experienced practitioner, steward

I regularly teach on how to host and also organize myself.

The large part of my work involves the improving methods, with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Events, Action Review Cycle, After Action Review, Balanced Scorecard, Brainstorming, and PMI's project frameworks.
From the dialogue methods, I use/teach Open Space Technology, The World Café, Pro Action Café. I also like Appreciative Inquiry, and Future Search, but I don't host myself.
From the Supportive Methods, I'm a big fan of Playback Theatre, and is on my wishlist to engage in a group sometimes.
I also often design one-time experimental formats based on the client need using the Gestalt in Organizations approach.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Reducing workload and make people happier, especially in government organizations.
This involves the fields of process improvement (70%), personal efficiency (10%), and organizatonal development (20%).
Where do you live/work?
EASME SME Instrument

http://https://www.linkedin.com/in/imreoliverkozak/
