How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I first encountered the art of hosting when I participated a leadership-development training when I was still at university. 2015 I had a chance to participate in my first AoH training and since then I try to integrate it into my work.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am still struggling to find ways of integrating AoH into my work since a lot of people are still sceptical about all these "soft" methods. I would consider myself a starting practitioner, indeed very much starting.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I am most interested in applying art of hosting in the training and team development field.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am also very interested in non-violent communication and new organisational structures and ways of cooperation in large organisations.
