How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I hear about Art of Hosting in Austria 2011 at Surfing Democracy conference. I attended Art of Hosting at Otavan opisto Mikkeli 8.-10.5.2014.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Since 2014 I have carried Art of Hosting inside me at every workshop from check in to check out. Appreciative Inquiry and Open space technology are the tools I use the most at workshops and every time it is a very powerful experience. I am part of the hosting team arranging Art of Hosting event in Finland 2016.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Organisation development and leadership development in complex environments.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: My passion is in the question: how to lead people without formal authority? This question stems from my own volunteer leadership experience, the book I wrote and trainings I keep. Now it has gained more depth to include also low companies with low hierarchy and other work team environments.
