Participation in a health leadership program in el paso. Learned of Art of Hosting at Tucson retreat of our leadership group in October 2011

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Medical talent retention. Community health improvement.
Where do you live/work?
Public health department, el paso, tx
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Anyone who is in an administrative capacity knows that we have become a "manage by email/text" workforce. I want to learn how to talk to people again, to experience the give and take (and uncertainty) of face-to-face communication.

This is going to be the blind leading the blind:) I am not adept at social media either. But I believe that we can exchange ideas here about healthier health care systems here and keep in touch with one another on the topic.
On a parallel note, I am really glad you got to enjoy your morning coffee in Wellington, Florida, watching horses living a healthy life, with herd buddies, as all horses should.
