SUMMARY:Art of hosting training - Denmark 23-26 Oct 2019
DESCRIPTION:ART OF HOSTING TRAINING, VEJLE, DENMARK 23 - 26 October 20
19\nJoin us practicing the skills of navigating, thriving and standing
tall in challenges as they occur. We invite you to join us and to con
nect with other practitioners, leaders and innovators seeking to build
their capacity. This training is open for everyone, especially indiv
iduals and groups who want to mobilise others to be part of sustainabl
e changes that work for all. It is for those who want to be able to â€
˜walk-the-talk’ in challenging times. Come and join us for a 3 day t
raining in The Art of Hosting & Harvesting Conversations that Matter,
a practice that shows us how to bring the potent collective intelligen
ce into play whenever we are inviting others to a project, meeting, wo
rkshop or conference.   \nThe calling question \nHow do we act wise
ly when cracks appear in our systems and relations to create new susta
inable patterns?\n\nOur calling question is inspired by the Leonard Co
hen song “Anthem” where it says: “There’s a crack in everythin
g, that’s how the light gets in.” \nThis AoH training will help y
ou stand in the ‘cracks’ or even meet the ‘crisis’ with stamin
a, knowing how to invite, how to host meetings that get results and ho
w to plan the next steps in a collaborative way where all voices are h
eard. \nYour hosts throughout the training On the hosting team we are
thrilled to have the internationally recognised Story Activist and Ar
t of Hosting steward Mary Alice Arthur (US) and Helle Solvang (DK) who
is a cultural, ‘green’ entrepreneur and well known radio host fro
m her time at DR (Danish National Radio). They will, together with a t
eam of other skilled practitioners, inspire and encourage you througho
ut the training and offer you advice, support and networking after the
